Sakura, is genuinely, one of the worst fmcs I've had the displeasure of reading in manga. Not because she's malicious or anything, but because she's so hypocritically naive and self sabotaging she ruins the lives of the people she considers to be her close friends.
At first, I read this out of curiosity.
Then shock at the depravity of it all.
Then as another member of my "trash manga" stash (Looking at you,
"I like you who can have sex with anyone" )
I did want to see them succeed (before the blowing thing)
But now?
I am fully invested in reading to watch her suffer.
Shinobu's story can take a backseat for my desire to watch her suffer.
I know the author is too enthusiastic to allow her to cuck her boyfriend to care about long term remorse, but I will still continue reading just for that sole purpose.
