His hand was still hurt after rescuing the chick, his hands were burnt and blistered at fireball execution, and Naphula was there at the harvest festival.

I don't think Sullivan would keep sending his boy out if a nosebleed would cause the Apocalypse.
I come, once again, to be a little shit; the blood from the hand in the chick could had coagulated at that point, blistered and burnt doesn´t mean bleeding, Nafras body odor could be a reason of why she didn´t smell the blood, and for the perfume use by Iruma, Merize was also using a fragrance to mask the fact that she was human, and even so Henry went nuts and the blood "spilled" was far less. At the end all this is just speculation, we have to wait and see what Nishi sensei cook for the next chapter

Oh, come on.

You know you're reaching.

If Naphula's own smell was why she couldn't smell it, magical perfume would work, too.

What we know so far :
- Baal and Nebulous are not on the same team. I keep seeing how people are saying that, "this is a chance for Baal and he's taking Iruma away," he isn't. Before in th previous chapter, one of the six fingers had conveyed the information that Shiida was to PROTECT Iruma from Furur (or nebulous) so he ISN'T taken. Why? We see why in the MARIZE ARC that just happened a few chapters ago, Nebulous wants to experiment on Iruma because of his humanity while Baal needs Iruma to reincarnate Derkila. (? We don't know their exact plans yet)
However, they have worked together in the past, I.e. The derviciliam ball where Baal was labelled a hero and rewarded the princess dieties favor. This does not mean they are the same team, but perhaps potential allies, although I believe this event will cause them to become enemies.

Here are the teams I've kinds concluded so far

Baal. - The thunderlord, because of the princess Baal is on the same level as our three greats, this may actually HELP Iruma in the long run because Baal needs him, I suspect he'll use this power to take Iruma back sense Sullivan won't be able too. His team consists of upper world demons now, AND his six fingers however the two are assumed to be seperate and managed by two different versions of Baal. (Assumed by ME)

Iruma. - Iruma as we have seen this far, has gained the support of MANY demons, but this has not caused an uproar of allies either other then demons who won't be able to help him. We see Iruma helping the weak which convinces many families to support him, like with the many ears arc not to long ago, but this has also caused him to have a lot of enemies too. (I.e. Border patrol.) So far of people that could help him right now it would be Asmodeus and Barbatros, who are both in a thirteen crowns seat, Asmodeus has a strong list of connections and influence while Barbatros is the chief (therefore vice president (?) she's second leader basically) of one of the three major hero families her student being taken in because he's presumed human? Yeah.. However this is assuming they are told he is even being taken in for being human it's very likely that the thirteen crowns may not even be notified of the true reason behind his imprisonment. (YOO CORRUPTION) I believe that Mephisto however will become one of the centerpieces of this arc though, as he has already chosen the next demon king to be Iruma. (Or at least its implied, time to use context clues guys..)
Some of you guys make think oh what about Sullivan? And to that I say, bro can't say SHIT in prison. It's obvious that Sullivan is also taken in, Furfur even says so, because to take in a human is a major crime within the upper world of the netherworld EVEN as one of the three greats. Of course Sullivans supporters have the potential to act on their own without Sullivan hoping to convince them but as demons work on desire.. This isn't something that is incredibly likely.

Leviathan - Lady Leji's grandchild, vowing for the demon kings seat. We just received an arc about him so I believe that they will become important characters to the story as well rather then be neglected.

Razberry. - Lord Belials grandchild, also vowing for demon kings seat. Now we have seen Leji's school in peril (kind of) and Sullivans, I do believe we'll also have an arc surrounding Razberrys. Another character that may come into fruitation soon especially because we see that Razberry even has Iruma's contact,so some sort of connection? Friendly I assume from it's one pop up..

The Thirteen crowns. - So far we know three of the thirteen crowns are on Iruma's side, Barbatros, Asmodeus and Mephisto. Yet, what about the other ten? What about Henri his daughter, Ameri is incredibly close to Iruma, and he has also had a similar situation happen to him with Merize. However, that might make him believe that perhaps Iruma should go home, because what if his body is deteriorating and they just don't know because his body is human? But it can also be played the opposite way to so Henri is lek 50/50 for me. There are many sides to this coin guys, all of the crowns as we can see, are vying for that demon kings spot through their subordinates or family - there is not just "Iruma vs. The enemy." It is "Iruma vs. the netherworld." The thirteen crowns are people of influence, connections - if they hear about Iruma being a human? Or even a rumor, they can find out about it, but that's an unlikely scenario for the plot lwk. Some of these guys might even be supporting the grandchildren too, there is no end to the political sides as a whole, because as we've seen and heard time and time again the :
Netherworld.
Is.
Not.
Stable.

AND ANOTHER THING
WE HAVE CLUES TO WHETHER OR NOT IRUMA IS HUMAN BTW AND I HAVE SEEN NO ONE MENTION IT.

This is my theory, because I just reread the last 300 chapters. (After the musical arc)

IRUMA IS DERKILA'S REINCARNATION.
Okay during the danny phantom arc Iruma feels a pull to the door, now I suspect this to be for TWO reasons. Yes, TWO. It may be because Iruma is human, but personally I doubt this answer, the author of this manga LOVES dropping foreshadowing in small pieces so nobody fucking picks it up until you reread it. The answer I truly believe is because of Iruma's connection to Derkila, because this is the strongest we see his presence other then where? RIGHT THE ROYAL ONE.
What does Derkila say to Iruma when Iruma starts getting pulled to the human world? "You already know the incantation."
This is an honest, just belief deep within my heart there's no goddamn way that Iruma is Derkilas son.
FACT ONE.
1. Demon and human babies are not a mix of race, they are born full blooded demons. This is realized in Merize's arc with Ameri, who despite having a human mother is a full blooded demon. If Iruma was Derkilas child who was born within the human world, he would still be a demon.
FACT TWO.
2. Iruma being Derkilas son doesn't make an ounce of sense.
FACT THREE.
3. We see with Baal that he says, "Iruma has Derkila's Mana, we need him for the revival." We also know that Mana depends solely on the demon, how you wield, what your mana even is, etc. Now tell me, how does a son of derkila possess his exact Mana essence? That's right he doesn't. BUT an incarnation CAN.

In relation to fact three the people may say, "Can't they confuse it for Alikards ring?" Yes that would be the case if Baal didn't know he was human, except he does. It's a likely possibility that Iruma does possess some sense of Mana as Derkilas incarnation maybe Iruma's mana is being pushed out somehow. (this leads into my other theory.) ALTHOUGH IT'S STILL A POSSIBILITY THEY BELIEVE IT'S ALIKARDS RING..
Another thing is that every single one of Derkila's closest allies see Derkila in Iruma, not because of their personality, not even because of their matching physical appearance but because he just does.
Now this trope is often used in reference to the belief that that person is the son of them, but within this theory it COULD be used as a reference that Iruma is some sort of reincarnation of Derkila.

DERKILA WASN'T EVEN A DUCKING DEMON.

Alikard and Iruma are the same person just sperated.

Iruma isn't entirely human even without Alikard.

Okay I'm tired of typing guys it's 4am rn and I woke up literally just to write this it was my destiny even though I didn't write my other theories entirely
I WISH I COULD SEND PHOTOS HERE EXCEPT I CAN'T SO BUT I DID GO BACK TO THE MANGA AS WELL

from the way they're designed, I suspect that Iruma is actually Ameri's half-brother(same mother)
OK, I don't think Sensei would kill potentially the most popular ship she has put forth after showing them aged up and dressed for their wedding. She gave him such a lovely dress, too!

Even HALF siblings can't marry.
Halachically, that gets the death penalty, iirc.

Sorry to notify you about this, but

This is literally the first comment I have read that mentioned ICE in this thread, aside someone accusing me of talking about it.

Because I don't go out of my way to read comments.

I'm here to make jokes and snide remarks about the chapters themselves, not socialise.

But no, people have to get all up in my business because I pointed out the obvious, and they're younger than ICE itself...

"You must be talking about America, because everyone in the world talks about America!"
You see, that's why I was vague. I didn't want to reference one specific instance when I can name like 5 countries with rising racial nationalism while high AF, and without thinking hard.
I was making a joke as well, didn't mean to cause a fuss.

Still, the border control really overstepped their bounds on this one.

Nah, you're fine.

It was someone else being weird, and insisting I was talking about ice because "everyone else was".

What kind of worldview leads to someone saying that?
How does one think "of course you shat your pants! Everyone else was shitting their pants!"

It was just making note. Yours was the first I saw, personally.

Look up at their mangling of logic and language while insisting that the only thing on international news was America.

Tends to be people who are terminally online with little to no concept of how people actually are.
As for the American centric view, that tends to be what the news reports in the US, and it tends to be what pops up more on social media platforms because of national segregation AI algorythms.

Yeah, but they also thought ICE was a new thing, and had never been in the news before, so they were probably 16.

Well, this is a Shonen Jump series, it does tend to bring in the kiddos.

Its still always disappointing that someone who has read this much of this series can also freak out at the idea of politics being inherent to making art.

This series is like The Owl House on absolute crack, they were chanting in Hebrew at Iruma's bar mitzvah, but Nazis read it, so I wasn't shocked at a stupid kid. Just kinda sad.

Ah, my bad on the actual magazine, I just used the one that I actually knew the name of.

As for the comparison, that's an odd one since this series was released three years earlier than Owl House, but I can get what you are going for.
The lack of understanding stems from what the vocal minority has been doing in social media circles, I'm not going to say it's their direct causes or what they go on about is wrong, but it's more the attitude that they helped foster.

To put it simply, they've taught people to stick their heads in the sand when they hear something that differs from what they know

I... wasn't saying one caused the other.
They're similar in that they contain many things that Nazis don't like.
