i've actually noticed that same class couples fall apart quicker because of the constant interaction. in separate classes you can be "dumb" without the one you love seeing you being "dumb". but maybe that's just how my school was~~

I may be the only reader who loves the basketball arc but hates the class separation one. Maki easily clears the threshold for the advanced class Umi lands in, but watching school officials give absolute bullshit evasions when confronted and get away with it makes me lose my damn mind every time I think about it. I would've had at least a tiny bit of respect for them if they'd just said they needed someone to keep Amami from crashing out if left to her own devices. But nooooooooooo...
