odd, whenever I lie down like anywhere in my house, I always manage to fall asleep after like 10 minutes or so.

Likely caused by some chronic stuff i've had my whole life that i'm just starting to understand.

Dehydration most likely. Making sure you have an empty bladder, and then drinking a cup of water before sleeping might help.

Oh yeah, dehydration fucks up your brain. Most of my brain issues started with constant dehydration to the point I started not being able to remember names of people close to me. Keep drinking, guys.

alcohol reduces the release of a hormone called vasopressin. that hormone tells your kidneys to store water.

when alcohol does this, your kidneys reabsorb less water to send back into your body, which leads to more water staying in your pee, filling your bladder faster. then, the urge to pee hits you and then you head to the toilet. because you excrete more water out your pee, you essentially end up with a net loss of water.

I don't think it's right to blame water in this case. I suspect that's not the only cause.

• The American education system and it's flaws
• The pandemic lockdown happening during my childhood (which allows me to cheat and avoid class with significant ease compared to in-person learning)
• the fact that i'm stupidly lazy and just procrastinates anything and everything, all of the time

More like chronic case of dehydration to that point I don't even feel thirsty anymore unless its after a high intensity workout.

Aha! Found it. It’s been so long, I have to rack my brain first
I asked for the title on April 29, 2023, on MD’s discord server
as for which Mod gave me the title... I can’t tell. I got the title few days or weeks later without me noticing
if I had to guess... it was richman, I think?
I don’t know though, he seems like a dictator
