I didn't realise the spinning donuts chapter was a snipe, I usually don't pay attention to the uploader unless it's a series that has multiple groups translating (e.g. Chounin A wa Akuyaku Reijou o Doushitemo Sukuitai: Dobu to Sora to Koori no Himegimi and
Namaiki na Gal Ane o Wakaraseru Hanashi) or if there is a significant change in quality.

I don't see the issue with her saying "Look forward to it" on the last page. Maybe people don't talk like that in your particular dialect of English but I have heard people talk like that, it isn't weird. Maybe try adjusting where she puts the emphasis in the sentence when you read it in your head and it might sound more natural to you?

I mean, I can definitely imagine it in such a way that it does sound quite natural, it's just that it doesn't flow as well to me as something like "I'll be looking forward to it!" with "You better be!" as the response. [Which wouldn't be accurate]

Only issue I have is page 4 and maybe it's my eyes but that pink border text on a white background was hard to read.

I'm aware white on white with a border is not the best for readability but it's just a TL note so I thought it's not that important.

Do you think making the magenta borders darker would be enough?
Or maybe I should make them slightly thicker?

My current workflow for this page is to first disable the text layers, then add the clarity and dehaze fx with both values set to -100, apply a slight gaussian blur,and finally write the text with that border enabled.

I would prefer to keep the background brightness as it is to keep this ethereal effect that clarity and dehaze gives me and also so it's similar in brightness to other pages.
