Considering we're still being shown Sakura and this interesting development, story is still going places. I don't mind if Shinobu gets some right now though, final panel suggest it'll 99% be the case, but all it takes is a wrong thought and phone call to snap Shinobu out of horny mode so we'll see. There was that final line saying next chapter they connect or something but this whole manga until recently has been a bait so there's always a chance.

Yea true. "They connect" could either be referring to Shinobu going all the way (PLEASE) or Sakura reaching out to Shinobu much like how Shinobu tried to reach her but it's too late. Maybe even both.

Sakura and Nagi exchanged contacts but didn't talk from there. Saving that for later.

Unless this is happening at different points in time it's hard to see Sakura calling him and interrupting the moment.

Because, like Sakura (even if not as far as she was with the director) felt guilt over not telling her.

So it could be that because he didn't clarify that matter, they somehow knew about it and he didn't explain what happened.

That or it's just an inconsistent writing moment..
