Man, so this is just a fantasy version of that one old manga that had somewhat the same premise.
I cant remember the title, but I remember specifically the premise where the dude is a traveling salesman and he likes to eat local Japan cuisine and have sex with married women from the town he's visiting.

My favorite part of the Manga is always him feeling sorry for himself that he fucked another man's wife. It's played for laughs, of course.

Man, if someone can tell me the name of that manga I appreciate it.
