Once again the infinite number of Neanderthals doesn't make sense. Even if the Krauts had a few decades to teach agriculture and basic methods of improving birth rates and life expectancy, it's not enough time to create this massive population discrepancy and the logistics to rally them all like this. There is evidence that Neanderthals and contemporary men did do trade across vast distances though. Sea shells and beads from the Mediterranean dated to this era have been found 40 km inland.

I'm also confused about the recent insight into the Neanderthal's circumstances. We've established they're in Egypt and boats are not a thing. We've been told before the Neanderthals came from the North where it's much colder and harsher (the Alps are covered in glaciers at this time). So they crossed the Bosporus and all of the Middle East to get here and they still have a supply chain to their forces all the way in Turkey?

I think that there is still a hidden angle to the story that we haven't seen yet. We've now seen several instances of civilizations having developed technology that they shouldn't be at the level of yet. There's probably something else going on that's driven all these inconsistencies, maybe even other time travelers besides the protags and the Nazis.

Don’t forget the Nazis weren’t just growing the population of a single regional group of Neanderthals, as stated in previous chapters they basically conquered and united multiple population enclaves of Neanderthals across Europe before finally advancing to Northern Africa. So this is just basically the homo sapien populations around the Nile River delta versus a united Neanderthal population from across a far greater geographic range.

In addition to Exington and Theozilla's comments, Nazi killed a few mammoths when they encountered neothandral settlements, thus saving a lot of neothrandral lives. whereas lots of Homo sapiens feel prey to the mammoths like Kashin's brothers died to mammoths (chapter 44). Also, Nazis also helped neothandrals kill multiple other homo sapiens (chapter 75, page 20) before Taiga's group arrived, they just happened to encounter Tiari's tribe recently

Unless literal aliens are flash cloning Neanderthals it's still simply too many. Everyone is overestimating how many hominids were alive back then. Estimates range from 1,700–28,400 (average 4,400) Cro-Magnons across all of Europe and that was supposed to be after a 10-fold increase in populations compared to when Neanderthals were dominant, not that the Neanderthals declined, they were just that much lower population. Lets assume the Neanderthals completely replaced the Cro-Magnons. We haven't seen any Neanderthal women fighting so even being generous it would be half that across all of Europe. Again there hasn't been enough time for the Krauts to have an impact on total population, that would take generations. Surely they have elderly, they have laborers, they have people defending their territories outside Egypt. Even 10% of the population being able to serve as soldiers would be an incredible feat. Even if they ruled all of Europe, I can't see them having more than 3,000 soldiers total, and I don't have a clue how they're supposed to coordinate without highly trained scouts, couriers, and mapmakers.

The mangaka is obviously using upper estimates for size and population for dramatic narrative purposes, like how he’s using the absolutely largest estimated specimens of Steppe Mammoths.

And it’s not like we’ve seen that big of an army, the numbers the series has been depicting is still well within the upper range of numbers you’ve been feasibly describing.

Furthermore I imagine that the Neanderthal army isn’t even 100% Neanderthal, since the Nazis were just annexing conquered populations just based on skin color, and despite popular perceptions Neanderthals had a diversity skin-tones as well. So I imagine the Neanderthal army is more likely also made up of light-skinned homo-sapiens, hybrids, and any other light-skinned early human species that border the line between being more than a different subspecies.
