This chapter is the +1 from where the official translation got to. ( OT is at ch. 60 )
IMNSHO, it's of little use to scanlate chapters already officially published, especially if one hoists the Jolly Roger...

Checked it on my other go-to sites, but the publisher has done something insane with the chapter numbering in the later volumes, so the gaps look huge, but aren't as big as the chapter numbering suggests.

That said.. time for a re-read , because it's been a century-and-a-half....

I love how everyone is so done with the hero but just put up with him. It makes him almost seem like homelander. In fact if this went down a homelander ego trip route it'd be pretty interesting. Probably won't. Isekai with a "the boys" storyline is though. Hear me out, that'd be dope. A hero gets summoned to another world with hax powers, but they become twisted and oppressive so the people rise up against both the hero and the god that summons heroes and recklessly makes them op.

I only remember it cuz if I recall the first Manga got canceled due to it not following the ln well enough and another was created. Don't actually remember any plot details.

The anime was completely soulless for some reason. The manga gives off a slight melancholic tone that makes the plot bearable or even enjoyable.

I don’t think that’s likely to happen because the hero just isn’t that strong. Sure he’s probably on the high end of strong in this world, but there are plenty of people we’ve met so far in the story who could take them out if they needed to

And while he probably has the potential to get strong stronger, he doesn’t seem to have the attitude for a regular training. The reason why Homelander was so broken, and so disconnected was because he was born the strongest. He never once needed to put in the work.

The hero at the end there approving of Haruto having two ladies was interesting. He's egotistical, but there appears to be a reasonable degree of humility. He can really go either way depending on how he is influenced by others.

I have read the LN, and the manga is very likely to follow the LN. So, I can tell you if you want whether it's removed or not.

I already read the novel so I already know how annoying the hero was, but the way the artist draw him really nail it down. What a AAA asshole.

Man I MISS this one. It’s like the classic trope but I don’t really forget any of the characters. I can’t really put my finger on it but I really enjoy it quite a bit. I hated at the beginning how MC was such a meek punching bag but it’s not so bad recently.

That being said, it’s wild how many years have gone by and there were only a few chapters officially released. Was this on hiatus for a while? I guess the chapters are pretty long so I can seem them being multiple months in between releases.
