But that's the point man, this is a silly comedy and it will end the moment they get together.
The idea pretty much to repeat with a minimum amount of progress and a ridiculous premise for the sake reading fun chapters.
So while I agree with your description of the series I still got the feeling you somehow didn't get it.
This is an awesome manga.
I like the manga it just got into a rinse and repeat cycle for a while with characters.

What a rollercoaster of a chapter!!! Wow, young Kizaki and Noa were so damn cute!

I'm pretty sure Noa and Rihito won't end up together... it seems their friendship is much stronger than any hint of romantic feelings.

For a moment, I thought Rihito's career was over! Two female leaders fighting over him (for different reasons of course)? That's crazy!

This NPC is absolutely right. Those two are seriously terrible at communicating with each other :dogkek:

thank you for translation
The entire premise of the manga, absolutely. Yet this whole combo of misunderstandings just makes this peak workforce comedy.

This doesn't deserve an anime.

I'm going to show absolutely everyone this anime.

I can't wait for this anime.

I’m fucking disappointed I’m not going to lie. It’s rinse and repeat at this point and not only is the romance slow asf, their personal character progression is also non existent. Rhito slightly changed but everyone is still a weirdo wile being obsessed with noa and noa is a crybaby obsessed wi the Rhito while also being horrible at communicating. It’s funny but like that’s all it is and it has gotten stale for me
I like this series and i feel people dont give it enough credit sometimes
With most chapters being literally the day after the chapter before it, you get a live feel on the progress on their relationship, there are subtle parts where you can tell they act different with each other:
Some noticeable would be "How does rihito tolerate such bullshit from noa?" and then they introduce his sister, or "Does rihito even like noa at all?" And then an entire chapter where he narrates how they met, pretty much saying that if not love yet, he most definetly admires her

I think because noa is so flashy youd end up ignoring when she straight up spells out that she loves him, but how she treats rihito has also progressively been more extreme on the love side, she constantly wants an indicator from rihito to where their relationship is from just "friends" to "best friends" to "special best friends" to the now "i'm a man" all answers from rihito, she's a ball of complete denial whenever she gets confronted by other characters to the "do you like him romantically?" question too

What i like is that if you are actively reading the story you get to all of these parts and interactions and as the reader should understand "oh, these two most definetly like each other" giving the usual tropes of romcoms a nice twist from the usual, "you read the characters thoughts" "they held hands and she/he got embarrased" "they confessed but they didnt listen" "they chickened out from a proper confession" "third girl appears" "one suddenly hates the other from some mundane reason" to indicate progress, while keeping the characters personalities, they dont suddenly do a 180 because the person they like said/did something good/bad to them
I feel some people treat it for what the romcom naturally is but somehow completely ignore or even dislike that the rom and com parts is somewhat more subtle or extreme to the usual tropes, with them saying how they dont like the main girl or the main guy, how little progress there is and so on
You signed up for a slowburn romcom where the characters "will theys won't theys", progress every chapter is written in days and events, you are expected to pay attention to the narrative and characters have personality traits that define them; there are much more dramatic series out there that are more worthy of arguing about serious romantic pointers and you chose the one that is about a cringy and a serious adult ocationally hanging out after work

I love Noa and I fw Rhito. My problem is that ion don’t like slow burns and slow progression over 100 chapters. And you’re right Noa has said she like Rhito in many ways but Rhito is dense as he is emotional less so he misses it

In the end, Toyotake is the true winner: he made everyone get on terms to working harder for the company!! What a great schemer he is!

It has become clear to me now that both Noa and Kizaki loathe the position of leaders... I confess I had never stopped to consider their true feelings on the matter.

Okay, look lady. You can't just come out and say it like that, you're gonna cause a back slide in the progression.

in what fucking universe is noas physicality realistic tho?

she has massive tits, ass, and thighs with a non-existent waist. Thats deeply unrealistic.

Yes.

Because she's fictional.

Which is why she cannot by any logic be realistic to begin with.

Guess we didn't needed to wait for the Anime to reach Twitter, after all  lol

I wonder what the take on her voice will be. I always assumed it was stuck on the highest register and goes to a more normal tone when she despairs.

If we are talking preferences, i like slowburns better, you get a close look at the interactions and judge by yourself how much you like them, for rihito i like how tight his personality is, so when he gets flustered or called out is a big treat, when noa explains to him how hes a "bad boy" he goes to mika to ask her the whys, and after explaining how he is more or less taking noa for granted he suddenly stops being as dismissive towards noa, which translates to noa getting even more extreme with the flirting going for harder hugs and just straight up telling him how much she likes him in later chapters
To me this feels nicer to rihito, dude understood what they meant and now hes settled and content with the girl saying how much she loves him straight to his face without trying to push her away from it, that was the progress they made in all of this, its great
