Sakura-chan is incredibly out of touch with the world, as was clearly evident with the director situation. So, for better or worse, she tends to take everything at face value. Therefore, I think she'd accept everything Nakanishi-kun, whom she trusted to some extent, said without question. That's why I think the sex scene a few months later, even though we don't see her face, will be with Sakura-chan. I don't think the theory that Nakanishi-kun is sleeping around with other women is true. He did show a darker side with Shinobu-kun (lol), but I think his feelings for Sakura-chan are genuine. At the very least, he's not the type to be dishonest with the person he loves. So, I'll prepare myself for tomorrow's update to have my brain destroyed (lol).

So, in my opinion, neither Sakura nor Shinobu will make the first move to get back together. If anyone is going to bring them back together, it will be someone around Shinobu and Sakura. I think Fumi is the most likely candidate, but there's also a chance that Nagi or, as a dark horse, Nakanishi might make a move lol It's so much fun to make all these predictions, read everyone's comments, and wait for the next update lol

On the contrary, it's highly likely that Sakura has moved on from Shinobu. In Sakura's mind, Shinobu is planning to quit being her manager and make a movie with Fumi. Seeing them kissing while she was interpreting it that way, it's understandable that she would think their relationship is over—a triple whammy lol. But when she was in such despair, Nakanishi supported her and the agency welcomed her back warmly. She must be feeling fulfilled lol. However, the day after she had sex with Nakanishi, she didn't seem to have fully processed it, so I think Nakanishi cleverly embellished the conversation with Shinobu and told her that way, leading her towards giving up on Shinobu.
