I have a bold prediction that Fumi is going to be the one cheated.(If is Sakura ending).But i don't see her doing the same mistake again so probably Fumi won't cheat on Shinobu.

This is fair, but Fumi doesn't need to cheat to enable a Sakura ending, it could be a simple act of self-sacrifice, like when she requested Shinobu to "know her better" even if it was just for the sake of the script before the seggs.

For the story she wants to deliver she has no assassinate shinobu sooner or later. If she goes the route than yes shinobu will get ntred again
