While this is true, I'm curious if the next chapters show Fumi and fucboi mirroring one another as they try to fill in the roles that Shinobu and Sakura filled for each other. ShiFumi has already shown a little bit in the post seggs scenes/mini timeskip, but fucboi X Sakura again is still being hidden and I wonder if KA will pull out that card to anger fans and close the ShiKura door forever. Some people here believe Sakura will be consulting fucboi on that offer and while it's annoying to think about, I could see it happening.

if KA remember the small bit of info she wrote in at around 105 and combines the different moments where the fucboi is depicted as odd (his face expression in beginning of 128, THEM LIPS) it could work without coming off as too bs.

In 105 he told that he was hated in a dating show due his "personality problems" but i can that be translated he was a womanizer or he had harrased some women.And about 128 i told about his facial expression in the end of 128 and that was really strange,i also want to point his face in 131 when he told to Shinobu break up with Sakura(he leaves the cafeteria with dark eyes).It was really strange to me and this guy is really strange to me.

Wait was the cafe meeting really a few days after? I thought it was the same day/morning after. Yes I do agree that fucboi is very intentionally shown to have odd faces/actions throughout 128~131, it has to lead somewhere and fucboiXSakura being an item will be the most disappointing outcome.

I'm still waking up so I'm not fully here yet but the dynamic is interesting. I can definitely see the parallels but one thing I don't agree with fully is the lack of communication between Shinobu and Fumi during sex.

At least in the beginning anyway. They were talking to each other but they did stop with that at a certain point. Showing there's something there but not fully. Then again the talk was just leading on. What's more there was never a focus of using a condom unlike his prior scene with Sakura and the scene of Sakura with fuckboi. Just some small details that probably don't mean anything.

But we know that the two leads haven't said "I love you" back to their current partners. We see how Shinobu and Fumi are doing after their sex. We have yet to see how Sakura and fuckboi are doing in there's if he's still even around.

What could be important next chapter are the new bait situations. Fumi stripping and Sakura with a sex scene.

IF Fuckboi is still around, getting his input will be important along with Shinobu's with Fumi's. It'll be interesting to see how the boys react and respond to these situations.

I don't pay attention to the talking because Shinobu just kept licking her non-stop, so how could they talk effectively? LOL

However, I do notice that the KISSES like @box2024 point out. The feelings are different, especially when compare to chapter 102.

Also, I do place importance on the words "I love you." IMHO, I believe the relationship between Shinobu and Fumi hasn't reached the level of love, rather it's a matter of taking responsibility. Fumi claimed she had never experienced love, so she asked for practicing with Shinobu, leading to the kiss and the misunderstanding. This implies that Shinobu is her first love.

About the fucboy character, unless chapter 129 is retconned to clarify that he didn't rape Sakura, I don't believe he’ll have a future role because Japanese fans loathe him intensely especially after what he did in chapters 129 and 130.

The fucboy character is ruined already. I doubt the author and publisher would risk alienating the fanbase by bringing him back into a storyline with Sakura, considering that even Sakura alone already draws hateful abuse and negative interpretations of her every action.

There must be no FMC in "romcom" manga being raped ! So, in chapter 129, Sakura must survive in the last minute as she did before. Maybe, Sakura stopped because of Shinobu’s call or if the fucboy acted like a gentleman. Instead he pinned Sakura’s wrists so she couldn't escape, forced a kiss on her and proceeded to rape her continuously until morning.

That behavior made readers loathe him. If it were truly consensual lovemaking, why would he need to pin her arms down to prevent her from pushing him away or fleeing and kiss her after she said "Shinobu" to not let her say his name again? It was obvious forced sex or rape that make many Japanese readers hate him till now!

The fucboy character can't be used anymore unless the chapter 129 is modified.

Anyway, I’ve noticed that Shinobu is only interested in innocent girls who have never had a boyfriend, so he turned down Nagi, Mio, and Hana who are not virgin anymore. LOL (Just kidding).

It's amazing how much a bad writer can get people to yap back and forth in a corner on the internet.

Well, being able to sell a story, being able to write a compeling story and being actually a good writer are not the same thing.

Katsura Airi created a compelling story that keeps people invested. But she is a very poor writer. If this story didn't have any NTR, it would be an unremarkable rom-com like the hundreds that are currently serialized in Japan.

When a manga is properly written we discuss the characters out of immersion. Here half the time we discuss KA decisions and her frequent use of the Idiot Ball to make characters do what she needs.

I did some more thinking on that one and I think we were shown she is lonely without shinobu it wasn't her reminiscing about her time with him doing modeling but her feeling alone without him.

I can see that but the problem i see here is she never gave in to lust she came out of director and the other dumb dude. And here she just closed her eyes and let everything happen. But in other scenarios she could escape. Dont know its bad writing.

I know it's late but the unspoken hero of this situation was Toppy himself despite his intentions.

The producer had Sakura in the palm of his hands. He was expertly exploiting her insecurities and desire to improve her acting and sexual appeal towards Shinobu.

She was doing what he wanted. Toppy threw a wrench in those plans. Sakura never opened her eyes and Producer was about to fuck her. She thought they were alone. I garuntee you if the producer thrusted into her, a similar result would have happened like 129 only the producer knows what he is doing when it comes to romance. He would have likely done more than just basic missionary.

It was when Sakura opened her eyes and saw Toppy that she snapped out of it and realized what was about to happen so she ran.
