See there's nothing intimate about this scene we're shown other than 2 of them in the same unit, however Sakura isn't in pretty formal wear, and the place looks small as well. We also don't get panels or the restroom or anything to confirm that the 2 are living together, but take this all from a cope angle if you will because at the very least they've remained in contact in the time skip which we don't know even know preciesly how long (I'm assuming like 2 months at leasT).
