After reading Chapter 134, one thing that stood out to me was that Shinobu never once thought about Sakura throughout the entire chapter—not even when Fumi brought her up, except for the very last panel, which was intentionally left ambiguous.
In fact, when Shinobu thought about Fumi's sex scene, he clearly seemed uncomfortable with the idea and tried to persuade Fumi to turn the role down. To me, that makes it pretty obvious that he already sees Fumi as the person he loves.
On the other hand, Fumi brought up Sakura because she believes Sakura would be more beneficial to Shinobu. She simply doesn't know what Shinobu is actually thinking or how he truly feels.
My prediction for the next chapter is that Shinobu will go to Fumi's room and finally explain the real reason he doesn't want her to perform the sex scene, before confessing his feelings in return—similar to what happened in Chapter 132. The story would then cut back and forth between Shinobu and Fumi becoming intimate and Sakura filming the sex scene after accepting the producer's offer. The chapter would end by revealing that both films have officially wrapped production.
Personally, I don't think just two chapters are enough to rebuild the Shikura relationship in a way that most readers would find believable. On top of that, suddenly abandoning the Shifumi pairing would risk hurting Volume 14's sales, since I think that relationship is one of the main reasons many readers are still following this stupid series
