Commenting here to let you guys know if you aren't on our Discord server:
Some time ago, we decided to delay the release of our translations until the corresponding chapter becomes free to read on the Japanese publisher's website (bigcomics.jp).

For Renge to Naruto, this means releases will lag behind the latest raw by 2 chapters.
The next chapter (60) will be released on August 28.

The reasons for this decision are:
a) it's more respectful of the author/publisher if we don't publish chapters for free before they do, and
b) we get more time to translate chapters.

PS: to avoid this being misinterpreted and possibly getting our group banned, I want to make clear that there isn't and won't ever be paid early-access to our releases.

Yes that's Sumire without her gyaru makeup.
You can see her in that form in the chapters that introduced her (43 & 44).

Renge even sent Naruto on delivery several chapters ago. It makes no sense for a restaurant with so little staff to make deliveries, specially when they are seemly full every day and need all the hand they can get.

It's just a setup for a cute chapter.

It's just a setup for a cute chapter.

Sumire usually took over for cooking and Renge would do the deliveries, earlier; husband-wife or other iterations of little two-employee restaurants frequently have one person remain and the other do deliveries within a hyper-local area, say 1-2 km at the most. Before the late 2000's, phone calls like the one made in this chapter were the way that people made delivery orders, and considering that the district seems to tend towards older people in general, and that Renge explicitly wants to keep up her grandmother's restaurant for the neighbourhood, I think it's not unreasonable to believe that she'd continue that process.
