Sakura has a different outfit from the one in 133, there's also a bit of a time gap going from 133>134 and the shoe change is just a common courtesy in JP to not wear outdoor shoes inside homes, I don't think it's adefinitive giveaway of their cohabitation, especially when you compare the mood of the conversation they had.

Guest slippers feel like a JP thing, not sure about bare foot and comfort. Let's say the slippers do suggest they live together, nothing else in the scene supported it with both Sakura standing in the same spot the whole time, and fucboi just sitting there when he could simply stand up and approach to initiate some intimacy with Sakura to assert control over the conversation if they've been dating and living together the entire time imo.

Does she? She had on shoes the whole time as was able to run away just like that. Also while this whole cohabitation debate is interesting, there is still the likelihood of a breakup happening in the next chapter (who knows which ships) because things need to be pushed up for the finale.

I think if Sakura were living with that playboy, she should look more comfortable considering it's her own home—maybe taking off her jacket and sitting down to talk. Here, however, Sakura seems timid and subservient, like an employee asking her boss for input.

If she is living with fuckboi and to be honest I'm not surprised she is as I said her love for shinobu is shallow that begs the question where the fuck is she going?

Yes, hence guest slippers being thing, but it is hard to say if this detail here was solely artist's choice or KA asking for it so it could mean something. This changes things a little bit, but overall going into 135 I still think fucboi and Sakura are likely to breakup if they were in fact dating.

Might've just been going for a walk to vent some steam from that mini fallout, and then Mio just decided to take her for a drive towards nowhere in particular to have that conversation because Sakura was visible annoyed about some thing.
