Unfortunually that part i can't help you because they really look like they're dating but their relation does not look like they are close and Fuckboi didn't help himself after their conversation.

And after everything we didn't see Sakura genually happy after she changed agency and started dating fuckboi(he failed his promise) with that their conversation really increased the chance of a break up happen to with both of them.

Only room for doubt is if we treat it as an assumption from blonde because of the transfer (ik Sakura didn't deny it but can pretend she had her reasons, too tired) because fucboi then goes mia for 2 chapters because damage control I guess, and if this is what they were doing, they can always do more by retconning that conversation! The distance felt in the conversation, even if the topic was unsavory, feels off for a months-long couple.

Man I dislike such inconsistent writing but it does leave room for writers to work with. Fucboi X Sakura status is like an 70/30 case imo.

Familiarity breeds contempt. Sakura jump straight into a relationship with fuckboi she doesn't know him at all only the image he allowed her to see.
