Man, it’s hard to grasp just how psychotic Amada is without reading the novel; the manga seems to slightly tone him down, making him look like just an insistent guy, but in Vol. 1 he literally stalks Ishii. The incident where he shows up at Ishii’s workplace borders on total psychosis—he actively searched through various shops until he found the MC—and the ending of Vol. 1 makes it even worse.

Also, it's normal to call your friends' dad "Father" when you don't know his name.
The joke here is that Hidaka said "Father" too, but her inner desire is saying "Father in law" because she likes MC so much. That's why MC felt like there was something weird with the way she said "Father".
