The tone of the scene seems tender loving that hasn't happened in her other work it's all just meaningless sex so maybe her new take on it will have a softer approach maybe dipluc1 makes a good point that it's uncensored. I think the publisher should be rather unhappy if it's a grapara spoiler.

My turn to commit overthink, the lighting detail on some of the fingers and other parts of the body are illuminated kind of intense/extra?, if this is a GraPara! page it might be indicating this as a scene being shot with extra lighting and that might explain the more intense black part you're seeing.
