I was thinking the same thing. First off, calling the girl you supposedly like "Ms. Boobs" is wildly disrespectful, so I hope Taitou shot this guy down in the worst way possible. But that's exactly my concern. He reeks of entitlement and doesn't seem like the type to take NO gracefully. I really hope it didn't escalate, but things might have gotten physical. Whether she fought him off herself or someone stepped in, I just hope she's okay. And if he put hands on her, she needs to expose and publicly shame him.

That said, doubt she would accept that easily, girl is popular and is probably fending off these confessions often , so there's a pretty good chance he got shot down. Hopefully she's okay and just got delayed instead of a violent drama. (though if the author wanted a twist, it wouldn't out of the options that she accepted, forcing the MC to realize what he lost and grow a spine, but I doubt it's that kind of drama manga... Probably lol)
