I said a few chapters ago. Once Shige started taking the backseat to Agawa after kinda fixing the problem she caused. It started to go back down to deeper shit. Super was never going to let another girl take Agawa number 1 spot.

One of the best chapters to come out in a while (since Ch.88, the conclusion of the school fest).

I was wrong about Agawa's self-awareness (she's much more self-aware about her feelings towards Gotou than I intially thought). Instead of denying Gotou's romantic feelings, Agawa opens up a bit and shows that she's interested in him. Her being vulnerable to Gotou, if only for a moment, is proof that Gotou has made some progress in romancing her.

I really like Takeda Super's writing in this chapter. Rather than make Gotou's unreliability a point of sadness (for both Agawa and Gotou), Takeda Super has Agawa playfully enjoy Gotou's wholesome yet untrustworthy feelings towards her with lighthearted teasing. Instead of outright accepting or rejecting Gotou, Agawa basically says "You're cute. We're not dating, but let's see how things go."

Gotou is frustrated that Agawa isn't taking his romantic feelings towards her seriously, but he also understands exactly why she doesn't: he knows his own words and feelings change quite often, and anyone would doubt the impulsive and contradictory things he says and does. Overall, it's very sweet that they're bantering about their feelings in a lighthearted and wholesome way.

The girls sure are competing fiercely and it seems that Agawa has chosen to tease and edge him, but not actually dole it the sex. A bold strategy that certainly sets her apart from the other girls competing for his attention. It is also hilariously contrary to how she usually behaves, making herself freely available for sex to absolutely everyone.

Since Gotou is a sex-driven monkey, not having sex is definitely going to make him strive for her the most. The naive other girls, who would have actually gone exclusive with him because they like him, and who are actually giving him what he wants, therefore making themselves less desirable are going to lose out. She's a professional slut after all, so she's reeling him in with all the sex tactics and strategy and once she's bagged the ring, she can go right back to banging anyone she wants. What a gal!
