I like how he makes a show of naming his attack, the "Nephilim Spear". But "Nephilim" was a name she made for the golem, not him, so the only creativity he showed in the name here was adding "spear" to the name. Very creative, Akira.

i wouldn't say its a god in the machine... its heavily implied the maid is "the end" that keeps being referenced so thats literally her blessing so technically its a devil in the heart? Cause she blessed him due to loving him?

Man, how i hate this trope of mc wont do anything until he's almost dead or they insult their nakamas. For him to get serious in a fight.

I think he took this fight plenty seriously from the beginning, at least once it was clear that he couldn't talk his way out of it. The Nephilim was something he's never even seen before; rather than holding it back until then, he pushed past his limits.

Interesting how the soul power he is using is decreasing. It was at S80 when he fought Duke Emilio, S75 when he went against Miriele, and decreased from S71 to S61 in this chapter. Assuming he can't "recharge" with new souls (or whatever happens when he fully opens his mana pocket), this might give some small clue on how far Lim sees this running.

Here's a list of just a small bit of what Akira can do if he wasn't stuck in that tiny soap box; aka "I'm a mangaka" during his last life.

1. Recreating any technology he knows of from his last life.
2. Erasing someone of existence, via editing reality; I imagine this is actually how he bring things into that world.
3. Remodel or change someone's body into whatever idealized form he or they themselves want.
4. Item replication; we know he's able to make potions, but clearly Mr.stuckinabox forgot that if he's able to make potions, it should also be able to make other similar/comparable objects.
5. Editing of his own status page, adding or removing levels; skills; abilities; powers; etc.

There was a warning the chaos goddess gave to Aria when Akira first used Soul that while it's bring supressed by her blessing( keeping Akira's mind and body from breaking down from using so much Soul a normal human shouldn't be able to handle), something would happen if Akira keeps using that power.

I assume that when Akira does use up all his current Soul level, whatever warning the goddess mentioned will come into play.

I can't believe the main motivation of this entire post-Karinz plot has been a potion... how many chapters has it been? All the content that's supposed to connect the story between the fights feels flimsy af, and now author drops all this space wizard shit on us. Man, just get on with it, I'm sure this is just another thirsty woman from the Im-Dal Young universe that will fall for the MC/mangaka right after he gets his shit pushed in only to go super saiyan when his "friends" are threatened. Just about summarizes the entire story so far.
