He’s so un-noble though it seems suspicious, but because it’s this manga we know he’s not.I like this noble! His first concern is his people and he can read the room well enough to see that Mc wants to remain anonymous
From page 34 it looks like the mage was the one acting mean and angry. The idiot wasn't even trying.Guessing the size of the space is small enough that both had to be seen, as this sure feels less useful than usual with "which is real". Since he was puppeting the real one, I assume he must have been making him act off on purpose to try and make him attack the wrong one, which was rendered useless as even if MC didn't have identification skills or the idiot attacking on his own, MC doesn't even know the real personality anyways, but really didn't matter with him immediately attacking.
a smart noble?I like this noble! His first concern is his people and he can read the room well enough to see that Mc wants to remain anonymous
Ooooh, so that's why.greatsly reduces max HP
He likely thinks MC is some secret agent/secret weapon of a country.I like this noble! His first concern is his people and he can read the room well enough to see that Mc wants to remain anonymous
Isn't that just the low side of the mage HP bell curve, very close to the average even?1 HP?!
Considering he was just taken over and controlled via a domination curse, I think him NOT knowing is the best thing.I get the tired “not wanting to attract attention” bit because it fits, but our boy is intelligent enough to know that this is EXACTLY the moment where you make that EXPLICITLY known to the LEADER OF THE NATION?
They’re fully in private, he has the power in terms of negotiation and deference AND whatever gets set here gives precedent for the story that will emerge afterwards. He almost fucked up by walking out without saying shit, so thank god the Duke understands formality in accordance with reading the room to such a degree.
You can pretty easily have genuine gratitude towards someone after they save the life of you and your people. He’s so un-noble though it seems suspicious, but because it’s this manga we know he’s not.
That "Unknown Guy" who said his name is Madara, and at this point I believe he's actually Madara from Naruto because there's nothing to convince me otherwise right now, lol.Considering he was just taken over and controlled via a domination curse, I think him NOT knowing is the best thing.
The fewer people who know who you actually are and how strong you are the fewer people who can tell anybody who you are and how strong you actually are.
That's been what's saved him so far - nobody knows who he is to threaten his friends, or try to set up appropriate countermeasures to him. Nobody except that unknown guy who's also keeping things secret for Reasons.
Not just that, but the fake also had a tube sticking out of its back and connecting to the ceiling to pump blood into him. Totally wasn't suspicious at all.Guessing the size of the space is small enough that both had to be seen, as this sure feels less useful than usual with "which is real".
