As we saw in the preview Sakura and Fumi get to meet each other again. It just takes Sakura to admit she wants to do sex scenes for Fumi to take this as confirmation that Shinobu doesn't take her seriously and that doing a sex scene is what Sakura would do in her situation.

I’m going to get my final predictions in before 135.

Fumi will be NTR bait. Doubt it will be full blown NTR. Especially with Shinobu dictating the scene. Either that, or Shinobu will confess to her, discouraging her from pursuing the sex scene.

Sakura? She will cheat on Ikeman. There will be a douche actor or someone there to take advantage of her gullible ass.
