as always MC in manga always made to be super kind that when someone say something bad his comeback always is describing what the other said, first she says if she looked like a monster and mc didn't confirm, then he said if he looked like cockroach "which is worst insult" but this time it's confirmed , and then says she dislikes him and all other girls and he did what ? no thing, he just says "so you don't consider me just a commoner" which looks like asking for validation, ths whole scenario played really bad the thing is that it's repeated so many times that I had to write about it. sorry this is not comedy it's toxic and one sided everytime
