I wonder if God was like Haruka, someone who was isekai'd to that world, trained and leveled up enough to ascend their own humanity, or am I overthinking this one?

If this is true, it's rigged slightly. God knew the classmates would get all the good skills that stand out. Haruka after some complaining, got the leftover skills. Haruka had to put the hard work in, to level up the once useless skill, so that they could become as powerful as they are now. This ultimately making Haruka strong for a level 28(currently), but even when Haruka was level 1, he could hold his own against the classmates(remember he killed 1, that was killing(Tanaka) and stealing skills from other(12) when they first got into that world, this was like the first 35 chapters), and even the dungeon bosses now turned allies.
