spoilers: mostly because imo nothing happens and it turns into a weird fantasy shonen at the most recent chapters. The two ntr bonus routes are nice even if there are only two of the and they're not canon but it gives the feeling that the ntr will never actually happen as many guess. I mean if every ntr ending or scene will result in only an "if" route the main premise of this manga will just never happen. And the main guy turned into some yandere chad that wouldn't let ntr happen, the fmc keeps dreaming of a bigger ntr meanwhile she does nothing really to advance it. Feels like a lot of potential just to never actually happen. [Spoiler/]

seems to always be the case with this sort of gimmick plot. Maybe it's tentative success+ editors but I've yet to see a single long-title-slop LN adaptation that delivers its synopsis beyond the 5th chapter or so. But I wager it's pretty hard to write a serialized gag novel for long. These sort of stories are better for a straight comedy manga
