If the only side characters with a role to play in the finale are Fumi and fucboi then I can see it happening like this, but we don't know if another one or two characters might show up with a role to play imo (Kazu is actually here too I noticed after re-reading 135 lol).

This prediction is pretty on point though and has a high chance of becoming the reality for a lame and tame ending with MC's finding happiness with their current partners... so I OBJECT!

Well I still want to see Sakura x shionbu so this doesn't feel like a giant waste of my time. As well as the story feeling like it's come to a romantic end.

Well I think we will get right into the conflict with fumi what is said there will decide who shionbu can end up with if he tells fumi he loves her then no Sakura x shionbu but if they breakup then and only then can we see Sakura x shionbu so I suppose the first 8 or so pages will decide how things can end. We still have no idea how it will end I can say the only setup I have seen is one where ethire Sakura x fuckboi break-up and shionbu x fumi break-up or we see them affirm and solidify there relationships.

I do think the artist and Arir will work together again though but Arir needs to explore new themes other than NTR.

This is really hard to say especially because of the time skips. Their on-panel interactions that we are shown in the recent chapters are not exactly full on positives, and not a lot suggests that in the months that have passed has love really developed between the two of them (yes love takes time to grow). So it would be strange for them to reconcile in the ending, but many things will be odd in this final chapter.

Still, I think it's a comfortable 50/50, which feels like a bit of a cop-out prediction. The conversation between blonde and fucboi is a double edge where it shows that their relationship has become further strained and fucboi admits he might've skipped a few steps (great deduction sherlock) and they're now hurting because of it. It's at this point that blonde towards the end while not exactly telling him he NEEDS to change for Sakura, she does leave him some parting advice which can help him as the conversation cuts there.

The big question is will fucboi be granted some last minute character development for the finale as the hated side character he is atp, a normal writer's logic would probably be a no, but Airi logic is pandoras box. Another thing worth noting is that in this conversation fucboi and blonde and also relenting that they can't control/influence Sakura as much they have been after her chat with Mio helped her find her "core" as an actress. Even if fucboi is willing to change, it also will need Sakura to accept from her end (which might be a simple order with some more bad writing). In 134 though it really looks like fucboi annoyed her, and in the 1-month time skip in 135 something off screen might've happened to make fucboi reply with "I wonder..." when blonde asks if they're getting along.

If you want my biased answer, 100% they will break up for suuure.

Well with how sakura is written as a character she tends to go with the flow of things from her point of view shinobu has aboundond her for another woman. So she doesn't really have an option she can't do conflict and I doubt she ever said I love you to fuckboi since she is ONLY with him because she believes shionbu has left her and cheated on her. That's why he gose and tells shinobu not to try and contact her again. On a subconscious level he knows it was a misunderstanding.

Regardless of what you're stating, there is no way any of those conversations could be shown without exposing (even more) the manga as an incoherent mess. The convo between Sakura and cuccboi would have to be straight out of a doujin and Sakura would look even more retarded. It would strip the work of any seriousness that it still tries to possess.

True, I still like to discuss meta, clutch pearls and joke around, but this manga became a huge waste of time.
The latest chapters have been so unfulfilling, glossing over situations and conversations that could neatly tie things one way or another that it made me stop caring about the actually end of the story.
I give the authors some grace as having to wrap up in X chapters will not lead to quality but still...

That’s true. But it also feels like she didn’t even try to bring it to an acceptable outcome. Maybe she was hoping they would reverse the decision and let her continue after all.

In my case, I am against him staying with Sakura; I prefer him to stay alone rather than go back to her. It seems very unfair to me that she doesn't suffer consequences while Shinobu does. I think that's why I don't like Shikura.
