It's all but confirmed that he is back with Sasha as they pretty much decided to go adventuring together again as "retirement". Sasha (and anyone else for that matter) managed to not have a single inch of character progression for the entirety of 300+ chapters. Haise just nonstop folds. It's a fascinating read regarding what NOT to do as an author just to hype up your waifu. You end up making everyone hate her instaed.

And as expected sacred is literally deadweight but the author continue to do his agenda with everyone in the story saying that they are strong or smart or whatever
At the end only two person can go to the final part of the dungeon
I don't even need to say who is chosen to go with haise even though eclipse should have been the obvious choice if there was a last powerful foe
You can expect a last conversation between the two
And as always the author can't do shit to his waifu
Sasha still didn't apologize
Haise ask if she considered him an adventurer sasha dare to say some bs about him always being an adventurer and her idol when he was young(yeah some idol he is if she was evacuating stress by abusing him when he was useless) and playing the victim

And haise in good japanes MC "i m glad to be here with you"
It's surreal how the author don't give a shit
I read all of the comment of this arc everyone was shitting on sacred specially sasha and reynold and he didn't give a single fuck

Might as well not have that "getting exiled" premise if there was never an intention to resolve it. Feels like Tsuihou Suru Gawa no Monogatari. I understand it's meant to develop the MC but not tying loose ends up leaves a bitter taste.

Better to kill the dragon then the demon since they’re preoccupied controlling the dragon. If the demon was some formidable combatant they wouldn’t be providing commentary on the side. Also, I’m sure the dragon would be infinitely more powerful without being controlled.

This power scaling is kind of wacky. Literally the first enemy that is posing a challenge to MC is one who is capable of wiping out humanity at a historical scale, yet there's another enemy (not participating directly in the battle) who seems to be even more powerful than that.

Like, what the fuck is he gonna be fighting by the time the story ends, the combined gods of the multiverse? Eldricht horrors beyond description?

MC is edgy enough for his final boss fight to be with a aspect of himself or god

Did this get a LN version? If so, I hope the editor would forced the author to make Sasha acknowledge how F up she did for ghosting Haise, especially with how the author is gung ho in making them romantic.

Two books were published based on this novel, but they were a complete failure, achieving absolutely no sales, and no further books were published afterward. The situation is different with the manga; it is very successful.
