The texts on NHP, even though it's extremely long, can more or less be understood even by only reading it (i.e. not looking up the explanation somewhere else) as long as you have a basic understanding of the game. Thus it still counts as "reading the card explains the card", with the only problem is the player's willingness to read the whole thing.
The example card I showed is extremely unintuitive, and even downright impossible to understand for new players. Divine Relic, Hindered, even 'enters the field ephemeral' are keywords, not playing terms. Hence "reading the website explains the card".
If one is to convert the texts to be beginner-friendly, it'd look like this.

Lost Providence is a divine relic. You may only have one divine relic in your material deck.
Lost Providence enters the field rested.
You may activate this card from your material deck. If you do, when Lost Providence would leave the field, banish it instead.

It's more intuitive this way, even though the text becomes lengthy and takes more space (but honestly GA isn't really GA without these keywords).
