Yep I confirm this! That's most definitely the Queen aka Luceria's Mom aka the 2nd Queen (1st Queen is Bobon's Mom, no idea who that is either...) I mean she has the same hair color as her.
I did my research: The game does indeed mention Luceria's Mom AND what her race is (which was kept a secret by the King,) but never shows what she looks like or her relation to Roxanne. Only detail we know is that she died a year before the events of the first game. So yeah, good catch: This character is now a Manga-exclusive character.
Let's compare Luceria and that woman, shall we?

As you can see, same hair color, same collar, same crown, same dress! DEFINITELY her Mother and Luceria inherited her dress.
I repeat: The VN does not show Luceria's Mom or whether Roxanne met her or even if she has seen her before, not even the Gaidens or the Digital Novel show this.

Alright then, you mentioned the first chapter showing early Shamsiel is basically a spoiler for something revealed in the second game, do you think the Manga is going to be an amalgamation of the lore across all games?
I am not big into playing VNs but I like the idea of an adaptation that ha already a plan setup and background lore, too many Manga stories feel improvised.
That's actually a good question and the answer to that is no. I think that the Manga decided to show that as a small foreshadowing for Lute and Shamsiel's fates crossing and intertwining. TBH, there is no harm in showing that scene now, after all, it is a flashback anyways. BTW, here is that shot from Gaiden 2 (Not the 2nd game, the 2nd Sequel):

HOWEVER, if you mean an amalgamation between the first game AND the PREQUELS? I don't know! It depends whether the author and artist of this Manga are planning to include past events in this Manga OR that the Prequels get their own Manga each.
You see: The chronologial order for Kyonyuu Fantasy games is as follows:
3->4->2->1->Gaiden 1->Gaiden 2 (where the scene in Chapter 1 is from)

You're misunderstanding something here, my friend: Shamsiel was NEVER Lute's childhood friend. Their meeting was purely coincidencial in that event. That one meeting 15 years ago was their first and only meeting until Boan. Lute didn't remember her when they met in Boan (aka Chapter 2 of the Manga) but Shamsiel remembers him clearly. She was about to kill him for his semen but... well... it's Lute. I can't say anymore about him without ruining the entire thing for anyone!
Also, the one telling Lute not to touch anyone with his hands is not Shamsiel's Mom, it's his own Mom.

Interesting, I am torn, from one side I like the idea of him surviving because he overpowers her, on the other seeing her recognize him would be very cute, is certainly going to be about the hands, I like that they set that up .
Looking forward to chap 3 and see how that goes.

Thanks, if I remember correct Luceria's mom is a Nymph and so Luceria is a half nymph and half human, like Lute is a half human and half incubus, and she has an effect on normal humans that she would drain them of lifeforce like Shamsiel and only Lute can handle her in the bed. And because the King survived Luceria's mom in bed activities, it's implied he has demonic blood too. And yeah the King keeps the Queen's and Luceira's demonic heritage and blood a secret from both the populace and Luceria.
Everything you said here is correct, even though the King having Demon Blood is just theoretical.
Hm... the info about whether Luceria's Mom is the 1st or 2nd Queen is unclear...

I don't remember if it's mentioned by the King in the first VN or a character card with character's three sizes about Luceria, but I think it is said that Luceria is older than Bobon, so Luceria's mom was the first Queen and after her death the King married Bobon's mother and so Bobon would be the throne inheritor, because he's a boy but the King disinherits Bobon from the throne because he's lazy and unfit(Bobon is actually at the bottom of the Knight Graduating class, but the instructors cheated and made Lute to be the worst graduating student, Bobon is second worst, it's revealed in Isis's route about that and that Lute is a good at cooking and camping) for rulership, and that's why Bobon is agreeing with the Boan's Prefect to commit the rebellion and usurp the throne of Edelland.
