Assuming accurate TL - the letter says Tsukito but Miyu didn't know it was Tsukito - she thought it was Haruto she met at the camp. So someone had to know both existed/who was who.

You know, seeing more of the real Miyu in flashbacks like this really highlights how different her and our Miyu are from a design standpoint. It's subtle and I can see why it'd trick most people within the story, but when you put them side by side, it's pretty clear they're not the same person.

I mean this arc feels more like we'll find out the answer to why/how Miyu died. And at that point it won't be an axe, it'll just be the proper conclusion.
