Also, important to note it's "past life" and not TS, so it's just a 50/50 if that'll be an AMAB or AFAB past life, and 50/50 if it'll match. I say this, not pointing at you, because I have seen people assume Manager Han was a man who used the medicine, and that's a misreading I think (again not directed at you, just something I have seen in the comments' discussion). I am on board with the Manager Han uses the medicine theory personally, but also curious if there could be more than one person who is using it.

The Han family use the medicine, now I wonder if it's a false flag, as we have seen the medicine be historically used.
