I'm pretty sure that fighting style is due to the MC. Before she got rescued, she was a bog standard healer. Now she is basically a horror herself.

I came here to say.
It's pretty braindead to target the saints, when they should target the church instead, if what they care about is dealing with the corruption of the organization.
...Unless they're "demon worshippers" and their whole deal is to weaken humanity, which would add up.
