How can I see if my first upload was rejected?

I'd like to ask if there's any way to see whether my initial upload was approved or not?
If I remember correctly, I submitted something four days ago, but the chapter isn't there, and there's no indication anywhere that it was rejected.

Got rejected due to it being fully automated.
The editing itself (CLRD + TS) must be done manually.

Is there a note anywhere in the guidelines stating this?

Because I haven't found anything that prohibits MTLs or anything similar.
