Having that first page right before a father's desperate plea to save his daughter... Dafuq, author. Enough with the horny shit, it's genuinely annoying.
About the first page, apart from being 100% fanservice, it is also a display of the social status of Gulfa, with such an army of maids at his service. We still don't know everything about this wealthy man, but Kachua's reaction after making him fall by accident expressed not only respect, but also fear. She even admitted that she would do ANYTHING to keep the rest of her family safe from Gulfa's response. When you see the collection of maids working for him, you can rest assured that he doesn't need Kachua or Ann for lewd purposes.
I suppose that those who doesn´t like fanservice won't be reading the impending "onsen arc" that the sensei announces in his X account

As usual, Ricky is basically like a father figure playing with his kids, while also being notoriously unlucky at the same time :dogkek:

thank you for translation
Father figure? I see him more as the favorite toy for all the cast . His misadventures make me laugh very often. That face when the ogress appeared, when he was just at the top of his popularity (lol)

Just because YOU are numb to it, it doesn't make it any less criticizable.

This manga was supposed to be about a housewife braving dungeons for the sake of supporting her family. Now it has clearly turned into just being braindead fanservice with a little (if any) plot on the side, to the point that we get tits and ass shots RIGHT BEFORE A FATHER'S GENUINE PLEA TO HAVE HIS DAUGHTER CURED...

Saying it's simply the reader's fault for not ignoring it... Even though at this point it's actually affecting the quality and amount of storytelling. Suck the author's dick, why don't you?

I always thought that people who get this offended reflect more on themselves than the content. And lets be real here, you're not criticizing in any good faith, you're just critically offended.

The first chapter already has so many fanservice angles of Kachua. You're the one who has decided to define the series that narrowly. Not to mention, the series can be many things, and people also should be able to separate the things they particularly like about it. If you think that this fan service has completely taken over the series while others don't, that's also your problem isn't it?

Personally, I did notice the fanservice, and I did appreciate it. I'm not losing my mind over it in either direction. If you think it's irredeemable, and that you aren't wrong about the premises of this manga, you can still stop reading. And on that note, you should probably consider who's the one obsessed here. I mean, your insult even implies you think the author is some horny guy who has given in (when it could easily be a female artist too). If you think reading this is sopping at the author's pig trough, why the flying fuck are you here? Don't you dare say there was 'potential' or something idiotic like that. You're seemingly offended even being associated with the author and their work by this point.

I'm very thankful for your warning. I already decided to drop this, but now it's pretty much a guarantee.

Are you fucking dumb? Are you that illiterate? He called you blind for not noticing the obvious fanservice. He said nothing about y'all being horny, lmao. We're talking denial, obliviousness, etc.

And you don't have to be a horny teenager to notice blatant fanservice WHEN IT'S THROWN RIGHT AT YOUR FUCKING FACE, you just need eyes. The literal purpose of these panels is to have the fucking reader look at them, lmao. How dare we notice something that's meant to be fucking looked at?

Just because YOU are numb to it, it doesn't make it any less criticizable.

Man, if you don't notice the entire point of the first page is to shove tits and ass in your face for no reason you're just being willfully blind...
It’s just two panels that most people wouldn’t glance at for more than 2 seconds, and they’re not even remotely erotic. For that to be the only thing you have to comment about in a 20-page chapter, and to overreact like that, I can only assume you’re feeling guilty for staring and thinking about it the entire time you were reading.

Well yeah, it was clearly never too serious in the first place, but you're right; I CLEARLY had the wrong expections from this manga.
