Oh great, it got purged. And the official source is way behind the fan scanlations. Mangaup seems to be a hybrid subscription / coin system, with older chapters being available for $5 a month (at least it was in 2024) and newer chapters requiring consumable coins, which you get 800 of free for signing up.

Seems better than Kmanga's all coins all the time system (unless they've changed that) but it's still less generous than Shueisha's various sites, and Vizmanga.

Feels like official paid manga's very fractured right now, but honestly, it's better to have competition than collusion. Look at how bad Crunchyroll's gotten now that it's been bought out by Sony, merged with Funimation, and only has HiDive and Netflix to compete with.

FYI

The fan translation died over 2 years ago (rip Cash Money Chiyo who got us to 153) and it's been a year since the last official volume release got aggregated (which goes up to 158).

There's 1 more volume available in English now though which was released on August 25th.

I mean competition is useful but not in itself a guarantee of quality supply. In this case it seems more like it's a race to the bottom between Kmanga and similar puke-inducing services.
