This is a sort of running gag, how no matter what the context is or what is being discussed, Nozaki is always willing to make Suzuki do something new in the manga.

Like, how much of a mess is his manga to the point the main character is so undefined that he can switch personalities on the fly?

Also, the setup was fantastic. How do you do from doting love to iguana poses?

Although it wasn't Suzuki that was doing the thing in his manga this time, which isn't the first time since the main characters of his manga aren't the only romances involved, it's just the one we here of most 🤔
