Jury is still out on mom. She doesn't bully her into changing schools when she doesn't want to, is excited for daughter in a legitimate way. She doesn't press or interrogate Oura on the friend despite the rather flimsy lie.

And remember, she saw her daughter on a video call with a guy, the implication being they were video chatting until they fell asleep, and there have been zero repercussions. None of that fits into toxic cunt behavior

But it definitely feels like we're being set up for conflicts where mom prioritizes Akarin.
