you know it makes sense after the fact with how previous parts had the decently advanced Speedwagon Foundation to help out but it's wild to think about a stand user with access to military-grade surveillance tech lol, scary stuff for the crew to deal with

loved the whole sub section too, very fun making the rod stand the only thing stopping even more water from flooding in so that you can get more leverage in the upcoming negotiations, getting them to surface could also make it easier for the military to spot them too... what a situation to be put in

I love Paco just being fucking Human Star Platinum. Like the dude is the only one doing classic "ORA" barrages.

And he's not even aided by anything! Power wise, all his stand does is allow him to control his muscles and touch stands. He's just punching that fast against stands and crushing them with his bare strength.

Ooo my bets on Usagi. The desperate for money angle + his family already being at risk + him being targeted from the squad. It all makes for a good betrayal that makes sense. Not to mention the moment here where he asked Jodio if he wanted a smartphone.
