yea, tbf. i originally started releasing this only for the subreddit and only looked into proper uploads bc self-hosting is a pain and i didnt wanna have to reupload constantly in case it got deleted.
also the quality of the early chapters just wasnt where i felt like releasing them „properly“.

the benfit is that when i decided to upload here i already had 4 chapters ready to go and some work put into three more i could finish up relatively quickly. so yea. upside is a lot of releases in a week.


and yeah. monme is…difficult. especially given japanese nonconfrontational social culture and kabo already struggling. and then there is the other japanese thing - the strong group-think. i guess in a way a lot of the members actually feel on some level like they are owed an answer. the whole „how are we supposed to pull together as a group with this unease in the room“ would not fly in western culture. i guess its the same as japanese fans thinking their idols and other stars relationship is any of their business.

Oh man, I can't help commenting. These chapters are so good.

Actually, scrap my previous chapter's comment. I think Iori is more Michael Olise lol. Dude's definition of nonchalance.

Kabo is such a likeable character. The way he spirals and overthinks in this chapter, I feel related and represented; albeit I talk a lot more than him with my friends. But he lets the body do the talking (wink) while my movements are restricted and awkward since forever.

I don't mind Monme. I like that she's upfront and straightforward. Can be a bit impersonal. But most everyone in the dance club is cool with it, esp lord Iori haha.
