While デリヘル does indeed come from デリバリーヘルス (Delivery Health), after a really long discussion (too many hours reading people arguing with each other) in the contributors channel on Discord it was agreed upon internally that the most accurate way to romanise the term was DeliHeal instead of DeliHealth, given that the native term is missing the ス from the end of ヘルス, thus dropping the "th" sound from the end of the word.

Iirc the actual rule is against group that paywall their content, purposely delaying releases for monetary reasons, either through redirection to their private site and only uploads months after that or straight up asking money for it to be released.
