Snek hasn't had a good record so far of having successful plans, she's a glass cannon without the cannon.

While I'm normally on team harem, I don't think this manga has earned it. Keisuke has shown 0 interest in anyone other than Kusunoki.Just do harem atpš
They just need to run away to a hot spring together. So Kusunokiās kindness is starting to weaken Hebikawaās poison, and sheās second-guessing her plan, huh? Sheāll probably still go through with it, though. Otherwise, the story would lose one of its main conflicts.

Thanks for the chapter!
While I'm normally on team harem, I don't think this manga has earned it. Keisuke has shown 0 interest in anyone other than Kusunoki.
Yeah and I think if Keisuke was to gain feelings for another girl it's more likely to be Moe, the problem with Hebikawa is that any feelings Keisuke could develop for her will go down the drain if he sees her messing with Kusunoki or Moe.
Right now Keisuke is just coming around to just about trusting Hebi which is heavily dependent on her not doing anything to wipe that trust.
The mc was the main person who pushed Kusonoki to be more independent in the first place. Kusonoki's current problem is that she isn't as proactive because she's scared that she'll ruin her friendships if she pursues the mc because a similar situation has ruined her school life before.I read the author's other translated work on mangadex and it's not bad either. But it's kind of unsatisfying with how expected and boring it concludes. What makes this Kusunoki series more interesting is Snek š and I hope her spicyness continues through to the end and she ends up as the winning heroine. An ending where, "And they all became friends".... OMG might as well just write 400 chapters of RAG slop nothingness if that's how its going to end.
Snek needs to help Kusonoki become an independent person and realize who she is and can become, which is not with MC (that part of her is holding her back and keeping her who she was!). Becoming an independent person is a process which Snek is way ahead of Kusunoki on and why she deserves to be winning girl.
This series is getting to a length where it needs to have interesting developments and a strong conclusion if you are going to shell out for 10+ volumes. Devolving into a no-progress generic slop series must be avoided at all costs!
thanks for chapter
hebi chan being wonderful here again
mc seems to have a bit of snek himself
Moe being showns already knows kusonoki is unto MC could we say she also have some shrewdness in her since telling her early she has made a sort of adventageous wall towards Kusonoki
"Wait.... since when do sneks have hands?!" Hebikawa has an existential crisis
Also, Moe needs to work on her still unexplained fixation on Kusunoki. Also maybe some people are placing their expectations too high? This isn't some high psychological manga that will randomly subvert expectations, it's a pretty vanilla romcom.
Obviously we're going to get some tension and drama along the way but I'm pretty sure Kusunoki and Keisuke getting together is a pretty done deal as shown early on.
I'm far more invested in seeing how Hebikawa changes, how Kusunoki overcomes her own fears to face Moe honestly and what role Keisuke will have in all of this.
Also, Moe needs to work on her still unexplained fixation on Kusunoki.
I hope the story addresses the underlying issue behind her calling a friend "my lady"/"ojou-sama". That shit's ten kinds of creepy
Snakes dont have wings, sillyWhat if snek only pretending to divide them so Keisuke can end up with Kusonoki
Snek is wing-woman all along
I would say it's more likely than Moe which is very funnyThere's literally no chance Hebikawa is winning at the end of all this.
It does explain how she came up with the "ojou" thing, but it sure doesn't explain what caused Otobe to imprint on Kusunoki and what kind of life has she led to not understand how utterly bizarre that behaviour is.....It's already been explained.
chapter 18, page 7 is the initial reference, from Kusunoki.
Then it picks up again with Moe's general answer on page 16, and pretty much all of chapter 19 is the explanation from Moe's POV via flashback in the first half, and then her and Kusunoki actually reconnecting once Keisuke steps in.
I would say it's more likely than Moe which is very funny
