Heeehh.... is MC going to train Geo the hard way so she stops being so naive and making stupid decisions? I really hope she completely changes so she doesn't become dead weight in the future :haa:

That's not a lesson, that's plain retarded, she could have died 6546873 times in the process.
Right but... either she survives and learns how evil the humans are or she dies & "oh no she died to evil humans...guess the person who takes up her role next time will have to actually have a brain & not be suicidally empathetic to people who want to rape & murder you at all costs".

some people have to learn through direct experience to understand that their worldview isn't congruent with reality. it's unfortunate, because idealists like Lisolette are good to have in a society. but if their ideals turn dogmatic to the point it could risk major harm to a population based on misguided information or perspectives, then they have to have the "truth" revealed to them in whatever way will get the point across and make them understand.

I'm glad that she wasn't harmed more than she was, and also that it was all misdirection and that the other leaders weren't killed/tortured in battle. but, yeah...I think this is how it had to happen, and fortunately the situation was controlled enough and the human army commander arrogant and blind enough that the outcome could be achieved with relatively minimal risk of actual danger.

I'm excited to see how fucked Long'n'Curly Guy here gets and what the plan is next.

It's not a good plan. But this was an author-contrived situation where there was no possible good plan. They created a character who had been pushed into hiding at the "literal" end of the world by supremacists yet believed that talking could solve their issues. It's deluded to a level that wouldn't be resolved with simple words.

Measles and Polio will be doing the convincing in the next few decades, it seems.

IMO it would have worked much better if they made a whole chapter of it and actually showed them doing all their sneaky plan stuff. Actually showing the plan being carried out while we're sitting on the cliffhanger from last chapter would have
landed better than just narrating the whole thing through a flashback.
