Well, the context was actually revealed towards the end of the chapter. I initially had use the word "inform" for it and i missed the latter one after getting the context.

The goblin said "シンペイヲテンソウシロ". All in katakana. Without any kanji, it was hard to even know what it meant.

So, if that is a monster from legends, someone has been playing the summoner for ages or they are summoning things from across time and space. That flesh mound from the insect cave was speculated to be a magic power source... It's all so messy that probably a greek god got bored and started doing all this :V
