if i remember correctly, the people got arrested, including the mushroom hair dude, but got bailed cuz he's got a rich dad, but his dad also banned him from going out, since the short hair girl's family is much richer than them, so he doesn't want to get bankrupt by her family.

the mushroom dude tried to take revenge on them, specially the girls. He stalked them, and saw the MC coming and going inside their home(at this point he started his part-time job of cleaning their apartment and cooking for them), so stalker waited for the mc to go out, tried to hurt the girls first, but the girls called the MC saying to call the cops and not go by himself, which the mc didn't obey fully. He sprinted towards the apartment, with the kendo sword in hand(forgot what happened before this and how he got the sword), attacked the stalker mushroom dude, and got imprisoned with no bail cuz of short hair girl's family

he is a DECENT human being who does help people against depraved little shits and isn't a creep himself, is much better reasoning why these girls would fall for him.

That's not the part I have a problem with. A scummy influencer who does sexual crimes is a believable story that has basis in real events and makes for an interesting bit drama.
But a teenager who suddenly reveals a borderline supernatural ability to resist drugs and stay lucid enough to record these full-blown gangsters casually explain the plan, tell all of that to the girls in non-slurred speech, and beat a gorilla just because he did a bit of martial arts is absurd and comes out of nowhere. You could have him disarm a bomb and rescue the prime minister at this point and it couldn't make it any sillier.
Writing something like this as a means of maxing out his affection levels with the girls in one go instead of going with a more organic development is just as cheap as your 'nice guy' example.
