I can't explain how happy that this whole thing over and I'm happy for tokio cause he deserves so much more than what she has to offer and I hope he gets the coolest gal ever and moves on , doesn't care about her anymore or doesn't time for her stupid stuff anymore . She just draga the whole vibes of the series down tbf. Like so annoying

its really funny seeing such a wholesome manga being filled with comments by absolutely miserable people full of hate

these fictional characters wouldn't be friends with any of you
It's an wholesome manga and we love very character except for her ,so maybe the character is the issue not the the people . Like she takes so much chapters for this nothing burger arc and a nothing burger character who only standout characteristic is how selfish and annoying she is . Like people trying to be this holier than thou person , when are just people hating on a stupid charcter ,that's deserves the hate btw . this arc useless arc took like months of time for a conclusion that goes nowhere from where it started , she rejects him but she'll still drag him around like she always does and he'll still run around her like he always does , so if this whole arc didn't happen nothing would change at all . Like id rather have chapter about the other two couple than this that's been my stance from the start

I don't hate Chita normally and I'm fine with the end of the arc being that she doesn't get into a relationship with Tokio. I'm just sick of how long this arc took when we could've been with the other, more interesting characters or doing other, more interesting things. The Chita focus really started last year and became more significant about 9 months ago. 9 months of heavily focusing on this arc that ultimately accomplished nothing we didn't know/have at the beginning (because the starting point wasn't Chita being unsure about having a relationship. It was her not wanting one.) has been draining.

Chita finally got her closure. People, her realizing that she doesn't need to grow at the same rate as the people around her is personal growth. I knew people like Chita in highschool who had a hard time adapting to highschool ending and how to proceed next. I don't think she has Peter Pan syndrome, she's just understanding who she is and realizing that she'll grow at her own pace. Feel bad for lil bro though but that's life, crushes are meant to be fulfilled or broken and unfortunately he got the latter of it. Thanks for the chapter!!!

Why is Toyoda not cheering for her own brother? I honestly find it really weird how she's left out of all the drama between him and one of her best friends.
Typical siblings energy? I don't recall ever cheering for my brother, it's just how we are.

And wtf are you saying, Chii? You are a fucking kid, a spoiled one even. There is no proof of you being an adult, everything about you screams toxic princess syndrome

It would be nice to see some consequences for her being selfish. Like now this openly selfishness starts straining her relationship with the other female leads. Like have the other female leads go on double dates or completely ghosting chi. Start isolating her because honestly she is not in their future together. I get the feeling when both female leads get married. they will have their kids play together. But chi will not have kids. because she selfishly wanted to do her own thing.

Relationships are not a spectator sport. If watching is all your going to do. Then you're gonna watch your relationships go by without you.

I still think she would act like a human being and support her friends during their pregnancy and be a good auntie for the kids. But I think that talk is still far away for them since we don't even know what they'll do after graduation. Chita said she'll leave the city right? Will she really do that and leave her friends behind? Finally let Tokio go and be alright by herself? Because she doesn't look like the loner type.

You guys are glad that it's over but it's gonna get worse on the next chapter. You're about to get extremely angry and the next chapter isn't even about her anymore, it's just a small fraction. However that small bit of the chapter where chita is will anger you even MORE than what has been happening up to now.

I could imagine a character arc that takes place over a long period of time in series (like 10 years or so) where Chii has an arc wherein she realizes how integral change is to the human experience and how it comes regardless of how fast (or slow) you want it to come and that she isn't the sole deciding factor of that, and that pushes her to change her life for the better regardless of how she feels about it, because (as far as I remember) the change in the main couples came both from naturally being around each other AND conscious effort from that experience, hell you could even have Tokio get with her in the end because with his track record he's not getting to be with a good woman anytime soon (lol). I can't really see it done in this series unless the author starts making liberal use of flash-forwards or gives us an extra mini-series, though.
