both the part with canon-chan getting crushed and also when she discovered that her sister stood in for her during the stream were considerably longer in the novel - especially the latter was covered in just a few panels lol

either way, they should've done this from the start and we wouldn't have missed anything. the writing for the second novel was such a colossal failure with how long drawn-out it was.

Just minor changes it's happening in all manga/novel adaptations, doesn't change that much. And yes volume two is a little boring.

Never read the novels myself (how are they?) but I just checked novelupdates to find that the story is finished. 7 books, the fact that we are in the second one means we can get a lot more chapters, awesome.

i only read the first 3 since the initial scanlator hiraeth dropped it in january 2025. but i really liked novels 1 & 3, while no. 2 was both boring and annoying due to focusing way too much on random characters that don't really help advance the relationship of the throuple.

I read whole novel it's great, one of best novels I have read it has great character development, and one thing I like about it is it's not like those cliches stories and MC is very likeable character.

so you're saying the resolution of this arc was rushed in the novel to begin with. that aside, I ,for one, am glad we're finally done w/ this. Still, I wish we had gotten a better, less ham-fisted, vehicle for this particular bit of necessary character development for Hikari.

I find it bizarre how is the same author from the stepsister Manga whose writing has been feeling so grating, frustrating,slow, cliché to the point that I have put on hold the Manga for a while now

The thing about them becoming famous on TV is a joke about the Kano sisters, 2 japanese entertainers with sexy bodies that are extremely well known there.
They are not twins though, and some speculate they aren't even sisters, their personal info is a secret, it even helps with their gimmick.
Unfortunately one, or both, embraced plastic surgery and looks like the famous french twin duo (Dump it (R.I.P to both)).
