I personally like how seriously they are taking the gender stuff super seriously but there are a couple parts that seem intentionally innaccurate for drama's sake. "It's a life threatening surgery" I mean technically yes in so much as every surgery could be described as life threatening but...

Hmm not sure if I'm vibing with this one as much. I liked the Aromantic character and the conclusion feels like "ah he just wasn't trying hard enough to be normal, put in the effort other people deserve it".
